Brisk Tábor is a company with many years of tradition,
it manufactured its first sparkplug back in 1935.

Since 1960, the company has greatly expanded its assortment. Today, it manufactures sparkplugs, glow plugs, ceramics for technical applications and electronics, sensors, ignition electrodes and other automotive accessories.

It is now the second largest producer of sparkplugs in Europe, exporting goods to over 70 countries. It supplies parts directly to assembly lines of such carmakers as Škoda, VW, Renault, and Nissan. The firm has won several prestigious awards.

What solution was needed at Brisk Tábor, and how was it implemented?

The company has an expanding manufacturing assortment, and it needed software for managing development projects for ca. 15 users and 20 parallel projects. The solution provided was Instant Team Hosted, which is now used by a small team for managing the most important projects. Over time, Instant Team will be implemented as a company-wide system to manage not only development, but also sales processes.

When the managers of the Auto Kelly company contacted us, we set ourselves the task of fulfilling everything they need in the company for clear and efficient work. At Instant Team, we customized the project management and CRM system. However, our work did not end there. We adapted the system in the following years as well, and together with the client searched how the Instant Team could be an even better tool for his company.

Today, in addition to the sales department, Auto Kelly's fully customized Instant Team also has a purchasing, marketing and IT department and is used by more than 450 employees. In addition, it is connected to other information systems that Auto Kelly uses and they use it in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Bulgaria.
