Version for Android
The most requested improvement to Instant Team has been implemented.
You can download the Android client here.
Just like the iOS version, it includes the full functionality of Instant Team, with only customization, import, and export options being limited.
Expanded introductory and closing texts
Do you need to be creative when preparing price quotes and have you missed the ability to insert custom introductory or closing texts into your quotes?
In the new version, you have this option – not only in quotes but also in orders and invoices.
In addition, you can create any number of text templates and either use them as they are or modify them for a specific case.
Inter-batch critical path
Are you planning multi-stage production where you first produce semi-finished products, then parts from them, followed by various subassemblies and assemblies – all across multiple production batches?
Do you need a clear overview of which batch follows which, and which activities are critical to meeting the final deadline?
Instant Team now displays implicit links between individual batches and subcontracts, and allows you to analyze the critical path across all batches.
Overview of colleagues
Do you keep a "phone directory" of employees somewhere in Excel within your company?

The new colleagues report is designed specifically for this purpose.
Adding attachments by drag and drop
There is no need to search for attachments in the computer’s directory structure anymore; you can simply drag and drop them into Instant Team.
