Auto Kelly, a.s.
The company Auto Kelly has been on the Czech market since 1994. It appeared on the aftermarket for replacement parts as a specialist in assorted bodywork parts, and it soon became the fastest growing importer and distributor of replacement parts for passenger, light utility vehicles, motorcycles and trucks in the Czech Republic. It has founded a subsidiary in the Slovak Republic as well as in Bulgaria.

Auto Kelly is the largest distributor of spare parts and car accessories in the Czech Republic and has a network of 77 branches and does trades not only on the Czech market but also in most European countries. The company is since January 2016 part of LKQ Corporation which is the strongest European player among the aftermarket distributors in Europe.

What solution was needed at Auto Kelly, and how was it implemented?
For a quickly growing company and especially for its sales department, it was necessary to find and implement a CRM system.

The solution provided was Instant Team in the standalone version and work on implementation that adapted project management to the CRM system. During the following years, the system was improved based on the customer’s needs, and now, in addition to the sales department, it also includes purchasing, marketing, and IT. The system has over 450 users, is connected with other information systems, and is in use in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Bulgaria.
