Tracking produced pieces by workers
Do you want to evaluate the effectiveness of the individual operators who take turns on operations?
You can now register produced pieces and scrap by workers and, thanks to this, individually evaluate deviations from time standards and scrap standards.
Minimum levels
Do you have material or products with a longer delivery time that you still need?
Enter minimum levels for them and the Instant Team will suggest re-ordering or increasing production whenever their level is in danger of falling below that minimum level.
Waybills with detailed QR codes
Do you not always carry out operations in production for the entire production batch strictly one after the other, do you sometimes need to carry them out randomly?
Print a production waybill with QR codes for individual operations, and when reporting, you can then select any operation from the production batch and report work for it.
Documents and drawings for templates
Do you produce repeatedly according to the same production documentation?
You can now upload documentation directly to a project template and have it automatically available in all projects created from that template.
Switching operators at workplaces using QR codes
Do you need to share a computer, reader or mobile device between workers in the workshop?
In the new version, you can also print QR codes for easy switching of operators at the workplace.
Automatic call identification
