Your right to privacy is very important to Heaven Industries, s.r.o. We recognize that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner. We believe this information should only be used to help provide you better service. We have put this policy in place to describe our practices regarding handling information. We hope that this policy will enable users to make an informed decision when asked to disclose information on our site.

Law regulation

Information on processing of personal data pursuant to paragraph 11, section 1 and paragraph 18, section 2 of Act No. 101/2000 coll. on the protection of personal pata and on amendments to certain acts, as amended, and pursuant to EU regulation No. 2016/679 (GDPR) with effect from May 25, 2018 and its implementing regulations.

The personal data administrator is company Heaven Industries, s.r.o., with its registered office at Osadní 324/12A, Prague 7 - Hole_ovice, Postal Code 170 00, Company ID 26151341, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 74808.

Provided personal information

By ordering a product or service, we need data from you, that are indicated on the forms as mandatory (eg. your name and surname, billing address). We also need your e-mail address to confirm the order, service, or sending login data.

By ordering a product or service, you can also fill in optional information (such as phone number) to help us communicate faster and more efficiently. You provide these optional information on a voluntary basis.

Automatically processed data

By visiting our website, we can collect and gather information (such as access time, computer’s IP address, operating system and web browser version, visited pages of our website). The information thus obtained is anonymized and can not be used to identify a particular user.

Cookies can be used for this purpose. These are small text files that store information about the usage of our web pages. For this purpose, script from Google, Inc. or Seznam, a.s. is being used. The data obtained is used to analyze the traffic of our websites or to display relevant advertising on foreign websites.

To prevent cookies from being stored, you can temporarily use the anonymous browsing feature or permanently disable it in your internet browser.

Purpose and time of personal data processing

Purchase of a product or service - we process personal data for the purpose of entering into and performing contractual relationships.

Customer support and customer care - we process personal data to identify you when answering your queries.

Within the meaning of paragraph 5, section 2, letter b) of the personal data protection act is the processing of personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract where the consent of the data subject is not necessary. The retention period of personal data is for the duration of the contractual relationship.

Marketing purposes - we process personal data for reason of sending business communications or phone offers of our products and services.

Pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 coll. we process your personal data on certain information society services based on your consent. The retention period of personal data is 7 years or until such consent is revoked.

Access to personal data

In particular, the subject of personal data has the right to: withdraw its consent to processing, correct or supplement its data, request a limitation of its processing, enter a protest or complaint against processing, be informed of a breach of security and under certain conditions for deletion of some personal data.

It also has the right to access information such as: the purpose of the processing, the category of data concerned, the data source, the data recipient and the planned retention period.

The personal data administrator has the right to require reasonable compensation for the information provided, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information.

Explanation of the processing and disposal of personal data

The personal data subject who finds or believes that the personal data administrator is processing personal data that is contrary to privacy or contrary to law can ask the administrator for an explanation or removal of the resulting situation. In particular, it may be blocking, correcting, supplementing or deleting the data.

Disposal of personal data does not apply to documents that are required to be retained under the law (eg. invoice) or for determining, exercising and defending legal claims.

Transmission of personal data to third parties

Heaven Industries, s.r.o. does not provide third parties with any personal data for advertising and marketing purposes.

Your personal data may be provided to third parties in case of protection of the rights of Heaven Industries, s.r.o. or when required by a law or a state authority.

Security of personal data

All data that we collect and process is stored in secure databases. Servers are stored in secured data centers with limited and audited access.
